Greater things

John約翰福音5v20:

5:20 愛子, 將自己所作的一切事指給他看. 還要將比這更大的事指給他看, 叫你們希奇.

For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. � KJV

Marvel indeed. The Father will show the Son and us even greater things.

We must not bear the pride of knowing it all.

This is the Father�s love!

We need the children�s trust. We need simple faith.

We ought to live this moment and enjoy the Father, His deeds and plan. We need to praise God right now. Greater things that we know not of are yet to come. More surprises are laid up for our good. Trust the Father. Trust Christ Jesus.

John約翰福音14v12:

14:12 我實實在在的告訴你們, 我所作的事, 信我的人也要作. 並且要作比這更大的事. 因為我往父那裡去.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

We do not just do the things Jesus did in the Gospel books, in the few decades of life He had/has on Earth. This we also do, which include healing, casting out demons, calming the storm, all sorts of miraculous things.

Note that following the life example of Christ on Earth rules out Cessationism(Ja4v11). There is continuation of the Spiritual power being manifested through the believers, the disciples of Christ.

Greater works shall we do. This exceeds the historical records of the Gospel books. This goes into the Acts of the Apostles. This goes into the Revelation. This goes into prophesies.

Very exciting, and dependable on God and not on human traditions and institutes.

This is very Charismatic, even more than Pentecostal.

For Christ went to the Father and the Spirit Holy came with the gifts He is alotting.

It is a heresy to teach people to refer to and just focus on the life of Christ on Earth, what He did and said. Christ, the Son, the Word of God does much more than that. Christ Jesus is the Word of God. The Bible is the Word of God in ink(physicalwords). We are to learn, live and teach the Full Gospel, which is the whole Word of God and rely on the Holy Spirit. We are to trust God by first committing our whole selves to God.

Give His sovereignty of our lives and selves. Make spiritual proclamation. Tell the whole creation we are sold out to Christ, God. We are His slaves. He has total ownership to our beings, our selves.

Brethren, trust God that He is sovereign and in control. Do not turn to our carnal intellect to rule out what God can do or cannot do. Do not rule out the supernatural and the riduculous. God does have great sense of humor, and wonderful ways. His ways is not our ways.

So, do not limit God. Do not limit our understanding of God. Do not hold back from dedicating our whole selves to Him.(James4vv7-9)

Give Him all the Glory and our godly service. Give Him our submission, our allegiance.

Do greater things. Preach more. Baptise more. Lead greater numbers on Earth.

God is causing 10s and 100s and 1000s of thousands souls to repent at times in our days.

I am seeing revival. I am seeing repentance of multitudes. Numbers much much greater than 3 to 5 thousands(as in the days of Acts). We are doing greater things in the Name of Christ Jesus.

You have a part in this if you open up yourselves to God.

You have a part in this ministry if you would pray unceasingly for these souls and the church. Yes, prayer ministry is a great ministry. You can bind evil forces daily, in the Name of Christ Jesus. You can bless the people daily in prayers. You can love the brethren in the Name of Jesus. So many things, exciting ministries you can partake, if you want to.

Will you?

Will you get started?

Will you do greater things? Be a challenge to yourselves, your institutions?

God welcomes you to. I welcome you to. I rebuke Satan and the evil spirits/armies in the Name of Jesus the Christ, our Lord.

　

John約翰福音14vv13-14:

14:13 你們奉我的名, 無論求甚麼, 我必成就, 叫父因子得榮耀.

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14:14 你們若奉我的名求甚麼, 我必成就.

If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Do not live by/in disbelief(Ja4vv14-15). Pray hard in the Name of Jesus Christ(not any other names taught by any others).

Ask the Father great things, great miracles in the Name of Christ, and wait for fulfilment. Expect fulfilment. Expect Glory for Christ our Lord.

Anti-charismatics live in disbelief(Ja4v11), believing and teaching that miracles are not called for nowadays. Gradually they slipped from lives of miracles and spiritual powers. Many do not have experience of casting out demons, or healings, or blessings. Many do not have courage and faith to bind evil forces and proclaim victories of God. Many live in boasting of great power and a little hope.

Let us hope greatly. For in hope we have victory in what we do not see. In hope we have victories of the future. In hope we trust the providence of God. In hope we learn patience and contentment. In hope we are stable fortresses, doing the Will of the Father right here, no matter how little the tasks seem. We are slaves of righteousness, and not gods of righteousness right here and right now.
