Sermon on the Mount; the 7th blessing:
Matt 5 v9- Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God.How glorious! Sons of God. Not just creatures inferior to God; but in His likeness.
God is a peacemaker, and His sons ought to have His likeness.
Throughout history, God has taken the initiation to show mankind that He desires peace and unity(Ps 133) rather than sin, war and destruction forever.
By principle rather than by sight.
Do you like peace? or destruction?
Do you want a God of Peace or a God of strife and destruction?
Do you like perfection? or just get something?
Repent from destruction; abandon. Christ can make you whole.
Do you want to be whole or splitted up into pieces?
Do you want to be peace-makers or piece-makers (blasting and tearing apart)?
Do you like up-grading rather than down-grading?
Lift up your hearts to God. He will not abandon you to hades. Judgment will not touch you.
Do you want healing or hurting?
Do you want to be with God, or without (away from/with) God?
Do you want to be like God, to love, and to be good?
Do you believe there is no goodness apart/away from God?
Do you want to be sons of the Living God, the almighty, the Love?
God is adopting His people in the likeness of His Son to be His sons, and Christ is not ashamed to call them His brothers.
War and Peace are opposing terms/concepts.
More wars to increase/promote peace?Who would white to obtain black?
Who would kill to save?
Who would hate to love? Kick out to embrace? Cut to join? Eliminate to establish?
Nelson Mandela, a Nobel Peace Price winner/recipient, did not work for peace between races and countries. He did not work to disarm his country or other countries for peace, to save life.
Where is universal brotherhood? Who is his God?

Which country does not manufacture and sell arms?
Dalai Lama does not worship God or Jesus. And does not appeal continuously for world peace and disarmament. He also received a Nobel Peace Price.
Theologically he claims to be a god. This is idolatry by bible standards.
He has been striving with the Chinese Communist government for decades, inspiring revolution in Tibet.
Unbelievers of the bible are fighting with words and web-pages against christians and bible believers. Debating (antagonistic position already taken, hardly for seeking truth and propagating knowledge and understandings) to tear down, to win, and to destroy.
Anti-abortion snipers are killing doctors for their course. Killing lives to save lives?
Palestinian Arab suicide bombers are killing Israelites to make themselves heard, to eliminate some Jews and to gain land in Palestine that their ancestors came to occupy centuries ago. These Arabs do not speak or love the traditional language of Palestine, namely Chaldea (Aramaic).
The Babylonians, Greeks, and Romans, and British do not claim to have land/settlement rights in Palestine, although their ancestors had also occupied/conquered the land in historical times.
Palestinian Arabs and Muslims also disregard bible revelation that Israel is a land God alloted the Jews/Israelites. Hence, they disregard the bible and the God of the bible. That does not appearing to be God fearing or worshipping the same God.
The UN was ready to bomb Iraq, to kill in order to save lives.
Chinese of Hong Kong and Taiwan are actively campaigning for Japan to leave their soil.
And Japan, speaking of peace, actively invade/occupy land of China, setting war machine to protect a land historically belonged to China. No forgiveness. No backing down.And Japan wants to joint the UN to patrol the world for peace with her war machine. You believe that?
Japan has an Emperor who claims to be god. Her emperor hardly preach for peace and disarmament. Is this the kind of god you worship/want?
Muslims occupy the site of the Jewish Temple, and threaten to stand their ground with force.
A gesture for peace? Turning the right cheek? Giving one's coat? Islam for peace?Which of these countries and nations turn his right cheek after his left cheek is striked for whatever reason? Too difficult to follow or just too reluctant to comply?
This is the teaching of the God so many hate to embrace.
What hope and peace do you have, if you do not believe in the God of the Bible, who expressly teaches procedure to obtain peace? Who died to save? Who healed the sick? Who establishes healing churches/assemblies? Whose believers/worshippers actively send aids and helpers rather than bombs and arms?
