David Lim is a Modernist with special interest in High Tech and Free Form Design.
Graduated from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology and City of Birmingham Polytechnic (now - University of Central England). Holding ARCUK, D.D., LFABI, LFIBA.
He is one of the very few Designers who had researched into Traditional Chinese Architecture, and has devised a Design System (including Philosophy) in Modern Chinese Architecture, with integrated Chinese values.
David Lim offers Design Consultancy in Conceptual Design, Sketch Design and Architectural Science (including Chinese Geomancy, Idealism, Maintenance, Acoustics, Lighting, Drainage, Health, Fire and Public Safety, Human Communication), Earth Quake Design, Surveillance and Energy Conservation.
