A Letter written by David Lim to Christians
Greetings, in the precious name of our Lord Christ Jesus,
I am here, on the internet, to promote fellowship, Christian resources and support, to teach, to edify, to uphold Biblical standards and statutes, to evangelise, to encourage, to reach out and to judge.
I am writing to you to encourage you to follow Christ with all your strength, all your soul(life), and all your might.
I have not finished the race for you. I am not the be all and end all.
I am here to pass the batten to you, runners of Christ.
There is still a race for Christ in the little time left. There is the Gospel to preach, and fellowship to foster. A good fight for you to complete, to persevere, and to win.
There is a lot to be done on the internet. Many have started. Inspiration and stimulation are seeked for. Connection yet to be made between the elect.
There is a need for articles of many subjects, languages and illustration.
There is a need to spread out all the christian doctrine for all to see and realise.
There is a need to praise God with all holy songs and prayers. A need to leave the commercial gain of copyright and give for Christ and the brethren
There is a need for more scripture lessons, teachings, exposition, biblical illustration and explanation; concordance and prayers.
There is much need for feedback and communication; and record for questions and answers.
There is the need of you, standing up for God and the Gospel, and be counted for Christ; on your sites and off the lines, at work and off work.
There is a need for apologetics in all walks of life; and sermons everywhere. Epistles of your lives. Living epistles.
There is a need for your testimonies to all nations; your reasons for believing in Him who saved you.
There is a need for healthy christian recreation, games, jokes, exercise, fashion, banners, carriers...
There is a need to stand for the truth, reject falsehood, reject heretics and heresies, differentiate counterfeits, and anti-christs, rebuke pseudo-christians; and stand firm for the biblical standard once delivered to the saints.
In another word, there is much room for your contribution and participation, to the Glory of the Most High and His Kingdom. There is the bride to prepare and dress up.
I hope you share the excitment and joy with me. I do not come here just for myself.
I have been around to serve you, and make your lives more glorious, full of direction, participation and enjoyment.
The kingdom of Heaven is amongst you. Not something remote, in the future.
May you find Grace and flavour in this wonderful God, Jesus Christ, the Word, the Son, and enjoy close fellowship with us all.
