As a Wood Turner
David Lim has admired woodturning since childhood.
The chance came for him to acquire michinery and raw material when he eventually settled in Canada, 1992.
Permutation of the cylindrical column is endless.
Lim has turned wooden handles, stands, gould, poll pots, bottle, bowls, pegs; and will attempt large articles when material permits.
Piercing a turned item is also fun and being explored. It is, in effect, the creation of room and space. It is Architecture in an organic art form.
