Paulus witnessed Jesus before King Agrippa ( Acts 26 vv 25-29 )
These verses narrates the witness of Paul to king Agrippa and all other listeners. They are about un-disputable evidence of the truth of God and the events of Jesus. No listener raised any doubt of the historical Jesus (His deeds).
Acts 26 v 25
But Paul said, "I am not out of my mind, most excellent Festus, but I utter words of sober truth.
In response to Festus, who despite believing that Paul is a very learned person, thinks that he exagerated his spiritual calling/mission.
Paul defended himself claiming he is speaking sober truth; not just a truth.
v 26
"For the king knows about these matters, and I speak to him also with confidence, since I am persuaded that none of these things escape his notice; for this has not been done in a corner.
Knowing Agrippa is also a learned and attentive/alert person, Paul appealed to his knowledge of all such reported events.
What is not done in a corner is known event to the people and their government.
v 27
"King Agrippa, do you believe the Prophets? I know that you do."
Paul reminds Agrippa of the fulfilment of prophesy in the life of Christ and the promised grace of God to all nations.
v 28
And Agrippa replied to Paul, "In a short time you will persuade me to become a Christian."
King Agrippa is quick to catch up, and understand the consequence of these prophesy and Paul's message/narration; and comes to a concise conclusion.
Historical facts of Jesus is not doubted by Agrippa a learned non-believer of the day.
And Old Testament prophesy is understood to be pointing to Christ by Agrippa.
v 29
And Paul said, "I would to God, that whether in a short or long time, not only you, but also all who hear me this day, might become such as I am, except for these chains."
Paul voiced out his purpose/mission, that the message of Christ is to all who could hear it regardless of physical condition.
His message that day has travelled through history and reached audience right here this day.
King Agrippa found no guilt/wrong from the defence of Paul; and in v 32 said that Paul might have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar. Only because of this appeal would Paul to sent to Caesar for Royal verdict.
He implicitly expressed that Paul did not deceived the Jews and Romans concerning the facts of Jesus - the very facts that modern scholars and rational thinkers/sceptics believed to be fabrication, fiction, ethically restricted to the past, brainwashing, filled with human error.
